Returns and Exchanges
Ultimo Keeper Gloves and Apparel aims to provide high quality products at all times.
However, if an item is faulty or damaged or you have just changed your mind with your order, we’ve made the return process as hassle-free as possible.
Here’s all you have to do:
• Email us at info@ultimokeeper.com with your order number, name and product code.
• Include in the email a description of the fault or damage or requirement for exchange.
• If possible, where there is damage, include photos (using your phone)
• On assessment, we will then arrange a replacement product or Full refund.
• Please note that for exchanges, the customer will be liable for shipping costs for returning goods and for the dispatch of the new products.
